6. Eat In Front Of a Mirror
This might be a strange one and totally useless if you’re a vampire (although, we’ve never seen an overweight vampire) but eating in front of a mirror can actually affect how much food you consume. There have been several studies that have shown if you can see yourself eating food you actually eat less.
So the next time you are eating something, just prop up a mirror in front of you so you can watch every bite you take. Again, we know this one sounds a little crazy but if you do eat in front of a mirror it will help you to stop overeating.
