Recently, Peloton recalled more than 2 million exercise bikes due to injury risks. This happened because they have received multiple reports of people being injured because the bike’s seat detached while in use.
In order to understand how big this recall is, you need to know that the company informed its clients that the recall covers bikes sold in the United States between January 2018 and May 2023. This is probably one of the biggest recalls in history, but it is not the only one. Over the course of years, there have been many more faulty goods that have caused injuries and fatalities.
