TO help reduce crime, simple solution. Put them to work on work farms, factories, highways, etc.
Let them work for food and shelter and pay back the tax payers and the ones they’ve done harm to.

I wouldn’t go to Chicago if you flew me first class and put me up in the most luxurious hotel they have. Those people are crazy and killing their own, shows their mental sickness.
