7. Wearing face masks
As with the previous point about wearing a mask just to go shopping, it might become more prevalent in our everyday lives. Countries like France and Italy have recently mandated that their citizens wear masks even when walking in public spaces.
The practice of wearing face masks in public places has been commonplace in many Asian countries for many years, but the West might struggle to see this as a normal, everyday thing. Although the masks aren’t foolproof in stopping people from contracting the virus, many studies have clearly shown that they are effective in stemming the spread. So, like it or not, grabbing your mask before leaving your house might become as common as remembering your keys, wallet, and phone.
