This is one of the most shocking deaths in Hollywood! On one sad night during filming “The Twilight Zone: The Movie,” three people lost their lives in a tragic accident. The people who died were child performers Renee Chen and Myca Dinh Lee, and 53-year-old actor Vic Morrow. Even though the tragedy was caught on camera, the movie was left with its position in the halls of Hollywood infamy cemented.
First of all, the two children were hired against California law, but the production didn’t care about it. They were filming a scene in which Morrow was carrying the two children and protecting them from a disaster, but a helicopter that was part of the shot crashed into them. Morrow was beheaded, the children died, and the six helicopter passengers were hurt.
According to sources, the helicopter’s pilot didn’t have a stunt license, and what’s more shocking is that the actor’s last words involved the scene. Just before he died, he stated that he must have been crazy to do the shot and that he should’ve asked for a double. I don’t know about you, but I feel shivers down my spine just from typing this story.
