5. Gun-Free School Zones Act
The Gun-Free School Zones Act of 1990 was amended in 1995 to grant commercial activity and announce that it wasn’t allowed to carry a firearm within 1,000 feet of a school.
However, some states didn’t agree with this act and decided to defy it by allowing such things themselves. Moreover, 7 states give permission to bring guns into schools, but only with a concealed carry permit (3 of them don’t require any permission from a school official).
Moreover, there are a lot of states that don’t have any regulations against guns in daycare centers, which we personally think is not okay, given the fact that a lot of mass shootings happen in schools.
6. Montana and gun ownership

Experts decided to gather more information regarding the total number of gun owners in the United States, and they asked people a few questions.
They found that 4 out of every 10 adults in the US said that there’s at least one fire gun in their home. After the study, they concluded that men are more likely to purchase a gun compared to women.
There are many criteria that influence the decision to own a gun or not, and experts have discovered that race is one of them. For instance, 36% of white men said that they own at least one gun, compared to 24% of black men, 18% of Hispanic men, and only 10% of Asian men.
8. What people think
