3. Ilyushin Il-96
Ilyushin Il-96 is a popular aircraft made by Russians and is also known as the Soviet Jumbo Jet, as many people refer to it. Even though you might think that an airplane like this is mistakenly mentioned on this list, that’s not true.
We’ve talked to a few people who traveled with this and they told us that there were quite a few things they didn’t like. At 1st, they compared its design and capacity to other well-known planes, such as A340, 747, and MD-11.
However, there were also a few major differences between these planes previously mentioned. For instance, it seems that Ilyushin Il-96 is lazier than A340, as it takes longer to take off and reach the proper altitude for cruising.
Moreover, people also complained that the seats weren’t comfortable either. This isn’t a problem if you only have a short flight, let’s say 2-3 hours, but if you travel during the night or if it takes 8-10 to arrive at your destination, be prepared for your back to hurt.
