3. Accidents
Accidents can happen at any time and if we think of one that has nothing to do with you, such as a car or a plane accident, there’s nothing you can do to prevent it from happening. But there are also other types of disasters that can happen when you least expect them, such as your favorite items getting ruined and having to shop around for new ones instead of relaxing.
The things that are the most complicated to repair while you’re away are laptops, phones, and cameras. Basically all technology. It might be better to bring some backup cables and some extra chargers to make sure that you avoid a major problem. You can also bring some additional spare items with you, especially if you think that your tech gear might break down.
…Keep in mind that a good repair might take up to a week or even longer! And before you decide to go to an uncertified third-party repair shop to help fix your items, you should know that this might invalidate your manufacturer’s warranty!
