1. Cary Grant
Born in Horfield, Bristol, England, on January 4, 1904, Archibald Alec Leach would change his name to Cary Grant and change the face of American cinema by becoming one of Hollywood’s definitive leading men from the 1930s until the mid-1960s.
Finding his feet on the theater stages of vaudeville first in the UK, then in America, Grant would eventually move to Hollywood in the early 1930s. He would initially appear in crime films or dramas before finding his forte in the romantic and screwball comedies he is most beloved for. His subsequent collaborations with the legendary director Alfred Hitchcock would cement Grant as one of the biggest stars in the world.

Whats about Gregory Peck? What about Sir Lawrence Olivia? What about Steve McQueen? You missed the mark,,
Oh, these are GOOD! But they did forget a few of well renowned and classically handsome actors of the time, such as James Dean, Rock Hudson, Sidney Portiere and let’s not forget some rugged looking characters nowadays looked real good back then such as Clint Eastwood and even Charles Bronson and lest we forget, former Pres, Ronald Reagan. My taste is more in the Clint Eastwood, Robert Redford and Mel Gibson category tho lol
Charlton Heston and Patrick Swayze
James Garner-handsome versitile in many roles-also a good human being
Patrick Wayne
Out of the # 1 Paul and # 2 Robert
Paul Newman
