Despite providing you all the care and medical assistance you need, there is sadly nothing the team can do for you anymore. The palliative care team will discuss at length the futility of the continuation of care and the decision is ultimately made to withdraw care. The team will then extubate you and turn off the breathing machinery. You will be given time with your family as you take your last natural breath.
This breakdown of these 7 stages is not here to shock you for the sake of shocking you, THIS is what doctors across the nation have been dealing with for almost two years now. Too many people are playing Russian roulette not only with their own lives but with the lives of others by actively choosing NOT to get the vaccine.

This article seems to tell it like it is. I am just recovered from covid and thank God, never went to hospital Went to a walk-in with bad cough, chest pain, weakness and hard to breathe. They started me on steroids and antibiotics, and did a covid test. Called next day, it was positive, need to call pc doctor. She agreed with the meds and continued them as well as sending me for 4 shots for antibodies. It was terrible to go thru but I had the two shot vaccine in March and feel that is why it never got any worse. You don’t want to chance this, do what ever you need to do to stay well.

If you happen to survive the treatment, at whatever point, what happens next? I assume there is more treatments of some sort is required.
