Nobody was prepared when the deadly virus SARS-CoV-2 entered our world and made us feel helpless and devastated. It took us a while to understand what we needed to do to protect ourselves and the people we love from it, but regardless of all our efforts, the virus is still stronger than us.
However, this doesn’t have to happen again, so when a disaster strikes, we have to be prepared and know what to do in case of an emergency. A catastrophe can mean power outages that can last up to weeks or tap water that can run dry, among so many other things.
