We told you that binder clips are amazing for building shelters. Unfortunately, they rust and this is a huge drawback. Well, there is another common item that you can find in your home or office that can help you when building a shelter: zip ties. since they are made from plastic they won’t rust and can resist harsh weather conditions.
You can use zip ties to hang different things around your camp or secure your bag. They are also good when you build traps, such as snare traps because you can attach the wire to a tree and secure it with zip ties.
