6. Russia (Disapproval rating: 82%)
This is probably the country that dislikes the United States the most. 82% of the Russian respondents to the survey disapproved of the leadership of America. And even more, if we look at all of the surveys made in Russia, this is the worst rating we can find.
But even if Russia doesn’t like America, there are many other countries that disapprove of Russia’s leadership. The Russian leadership received more criticism than approval on average, making it the only nation to hold this distinction.
The moment the negative attitude towards the US rose considerably was when the invasion of Iraq took place, and it occurred again after the Russia-Georgia conflict.
